MichaelORAMDorothy, Paul and Dean would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for all the help and kindness received during their sad loss. Thanks also to the staff of Ward 5A at Gloucester Royal Hospital and the staff of Avening and Prescott Wards at Cheltenham General Hospital and to the District Nurses at St Paul's Medical Centre for all their wonderful care and attention.
